This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for our services.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Fiftyone DigitalMedia LLP provides:

  • Custom website & application development

  • Software solutions (POS, CRM, ERP, SaaS, etc.)

  • Digital marketing & growth services

  • Branding & creative services

  • White-label services and dedicated team support

Most of our services are custom, time-bound, and resource-intensive, and therefore follow strict refund guidelines.


2. Project Initiation & Advance Payments

  • Projects begin only after scope confirmation and payment receipt

  • Advance or milestone payments are required before work starts

  • Payments confirm resource allocation and project scheduling

Once work has started, payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.


3. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel the project by written notice

  • Work completed until the cancellation date will be billed

  • Any remaining unpaid balance must be cleared

  • Advance payments already used are non-refundable

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • Payments are delayed or unpaid

  • Client breaches agreed terms

  • Requirements violate legal or ethical standards

In such cases, completed work will be billed accordingly.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Custom development work already started

  • Design, branding, or creative services delivered or in progress

  • Marketing services already executed or campaigns launched

  • White-label, NDA-protected, or dedicated team services

  • Delays caused by client feedback or content dependency

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work has not started at all

  • Cancellation is approved in writing by management

All refund decisions are final and at our discretion.


5. Monthly Retainers & Dedicated Teams

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance

  • No refunds once the billing cycle begins

  • Dedicated resources once assigned are non-refundable

  • Cancellation requires prior written notice as per agreement


6. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs such as:

  • Hosting

  • Plugins

  • Licenses

  • Ads spend

  • API subscriptions

Are non-refundable under any circumstances.


7. Delays & Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late feedback or approvals

  • Missing content or access

  • Third-party service issues

  • Force majeure events

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.


8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Both parties agree to resolve issues amicably

  • Written communication is required

  • Jurisdiction will be as per Indian law

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
